We believe effective communication between home and school is key. We understand that it can often be difficult communicating with staff because they have a very full timetable, are running P6 / Prep for Success or are on duty during break and lunchtimes; and we recognise that parents and carers have very busy lives.

Report a Safeguarding Concern Online to our Safeguarding Team

Please use the button below to report any concerns that you may have. This is available for use of parents, carers and students of Priory Community School.

Whilst this can be sent in anonymously we would appreciate as much information as possible in order to action any concerns.

Telephone

Please call us on our main reception number: 01934 511411

Our main office staff will pass your messages onto the relevant member(s) of staff as soon as possible. Staff will aim to respond within one working day.

If it is an emergency, please inform our main office staff as they will try to find another member of staff to assist you. Please note lessons will never be interrupted for teachers to take calls.

Please also use the above number to contact our Lettings Office if you are interested in using any of our facilities.

Email is the preferred method when contacting the school. Please refer to our staff list to know who to contact and for their contact details.

Whilst we always aim to respond to emails as soon as possible, please note that teachers are not in a position to check emails consistently throughout the day and Priory does not expect work emails to be responded to outside of the working day.

Part-time staff may take longer to reply.

Please note that meetings in school should always be pre-arranged.

If you urgently need to see someone, for instance if there is a serious family emergency or a child protection issue, please phone ahead and main office staff will find a senior member of staff to meet with you at the earliest opportunity.

For non-urgent meetings, we will aim to meet with you as soon as possible. The school will determine the level of urgency at its discretion, to enable it to manage multiple demands.
